Abstract
Among tumors occurring in the head and neck region, fibrosarcoma, fibromatosis and schwannoma are not frequently encountered clinically. Especially, it is quite rate rare for those tumors to occurring in the temporal fossa.

Conley et al(1967) reported 54 cases of fibrosarcoma arising from the head and neck region. Masson and Soule reported 34 cases of fibromatosis, of which no tomors occurring in the temporal fossa were reported. Schwannoma, likewise, occurred mostly in the neck region however there was no paper the tumor occurring in the temporal fossa.

Recently, we has experienced 3 rate different tumors described above occurring in the temporal fossa. The operation through the hemicoronary incision line were performed, and for benign tumors, both anterior and posterior ends of the zygomatic arch were resected and completely removed the tumor mass and followed by reconstruction of the zygomatic arch, which gave a good appearance.
